Discover your spiritual essence with an Extended Soul Communion Session. An extended journey into the deeper wisdom of your soul — with space for gentle grounding touch, conversation and embodied integration. This offering holds the same heart as a Soul Communion Session (formerly named Akashic Record Reading), with additional time to allow the experience to unfold more slowly and be gently integrated into the body. We begin by sitting together over a cup of tea, allowing time to arrive, settle and share what is present for you. From there we enter the Soul Communion meditation — opening a quiet doorway into the deeper intelligence of your inner world, where insight, healing and remembrance can naturally arise. As with all Soul Communion Sessions, each experience unfolds uniquely. Some people experience imagery, others feel emotions moving through the body, physical sensations, or a deep sense of inner knowing. Often there is a feeling of remembering. Within this space I am able to gently perceive the essence of your soul — the deeper truth of who you are beneath the stories and experiences of life. Simply being seen at this level can be profoundly healing. At times this awareness may also open a quiet sense of connection with the wider field of love and intelligence that surrounds us, including the presence of supportive energies guiding your journey. The extended session allows time not only for insight and healing, but also for embodied integration. We close with gentle grounding touch and intuitive bodywork to help the nervous system settle and the experience integrate through the body. We may reflect with more conversation if that feels supportive to close. Many people find this slower rhythm allows the insights of the session to land more deeply — creating a sense of calm, clarity and reconnection within themselves.
