Service Description

Discover your spiritual essence. Been seen, held and loved. Together we will journey deep into any patterns, beliefs & blocks that are holding you back from seeing and believing in your full spectrum essence and your purpose to shine your light in the world. You will receive a list of questions to prepare before our session together which we will touch on before we begin. We will then journey into the spirit world together to seek wisdom and remembering and then anchor this back into the body and physical realm through nurturing body work. A holistic approach to acknowledging mind, heart, physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.
